Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. UK Cheques are also acceptable, but your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. All credit/debit card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by HSBC Card Services.

All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling.

First Class Parcel Post £2.95 for UK orders under £40.00

Rights to Cancel
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To excercise these rights we request that you complete the returns note that was included with your item and send this back to us. Alternatively you may email us in order to cancel. We will complete any refund requests within 30 days when you excercise your rights under these regulations. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us, at info@sexy-lingerie.uk.com your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will attempt to resolve it within 10 working days. In any case all issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint. The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process.

Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
