Lingerie - A History
1) When will my goods arrive?
All items are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, therefore any orders placed for items marked in stock on a weekday before 3pm should arrive with you the following day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday to 3pm Monday will be processed on Monday to arrive with you Tuesday morning. All other orders such as ones placed at say 9pm Tuesday night will be processed on Wednesday to arrive with you Thursday. All products are marked with the expected despatch time, for items which indicate a despatch time of 7 days it is quite possible that they could be in stock in a particular and size and or colour that you are ordering and therefore will be sent same day. In all other instances where the product is out of stock we get regular weekly shipments from the states and you expect to wait around 7 days for this item. Please remember that you will have to sign for this and should you be out then a card will be left by your postman giving you instructions on where to collect the parcel from, after 7 days it is returned to us.

2) What if I order the wrong size or colour?
Just email us and let us know as soon as possible and we will amend your order. If the item has already been sent to you then please return it using the enclosed returns note to indicate your change in colour and or size. Upon receipt we will then ship out the exchange for you.

3) How do I cancel my order?
Simply email or phone us, we wont bite!

4) How will the goods arrive?
You can be sure of total discretion since all parcels are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of what's inside and or our company name. The reverse of the package will merely show our address as the sender.

5) Can I return goods for refund or exchange?
Yes you may, under our no hassle and no quibble returns policy you may return any item for a full refund or exchange provided that any tags are still in place and the clothing has not been worn/soiled. By all means try the lingerie on for size but please keep your own underwear on for hygiene purposes. If you require a refund or exchange then simply complete the returns note that you will have received with your item(s) and send back to us completing the form. Exchanges are carried out within 24 hours of receiving the goods provided of course they are in stock otherwise it will be around seven days later. In respect of actual refunds, under the Distance Selling Regulations we are required by law to tell you that any refund you may require will be processed within 28 days of the receipt of the return goods. However in actual fact we will arrange this invariably not a lot quicker than actually required by law. Refunds will be processed to the card that made the original transaction. We will not refund any other card. If your card has expired then we will issue you a cheque.

6) Where do you deliver?
We will deliver to the UK & Ireland, and all countries in the European Union. We will also deliver to BFPO addresses. We will ONLY deliver to Rest of the World if you contact us prior to placing your order to obtain our acceptance and rules for these orders.

7) Shipping Charges?
All orders over £40 are sent free of charge. Orders under £40 will incur a postage and packing charge of £2.95

8) Multiple Items per order
If you order mulitple items and one item is not in stock we will ship the garments that we do have in stock to you and place the out of stock item into backorders. These will take a further 7 to 10 days for you to receive. We will not charge any extra postage for this.

9) When and how is my card charged?
Your credit or debit card is charged upon receipt of your order and will show a payment to "Mr Chris Clare Wirral". If for any reason your card is declined then we will email you to inform you of such.

10) I am a Model can you offer me any work??
Yes, we are always looking for new models to work with. Please email us with your details.

11) Are the models on your site single?
Quite amazing how often we get asked this question. The truth is we don't have a clue and don't really care so please stop asking ;)
