| All items are sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Delivery, therefore any orders placed for items marked in stock
on a weekday before 3pm should arrive with you the following
day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday to 3pm Monday will be
processed on Monday to arrive with you Tuesday morning. All
other orders such as ones placed at say 9pm Tuesday night will
be processed on Wednesday to arrive with you Thursday. All
products are marked with the expected despatch time, for items
which indicate a despatch time of 7 days it is quite possible
that they could be in stock in a particular and size and or
colour that you are ordering and therefore will be sent same
day. In all other instances where the product is out of stock we
get regular weekly shipments from the states and you expect to
wait around 7 days for this item. Please remember that you will
have to sign for this and should you be out then a card will be
left by your postman giving you instructions on where to collect
the parcel from, after 7 days it is returned to us.
In the unlikely event that your item is
not available within 14 days, we will offer you the opportunity
to cancel your order with a full refund or you may wish to accept
an alternative stock item or wait the short
period of time until we can fulfil your order.
All goods are despatched by recorded delivery
via the Royal Mail as standard, we accept no responsibility
or liability for goods once they have been signed for at the
